At the Alma Forest Summer Camp, children will be able to engage in maker projects, play lots of fun games, go swimming, and learn bushcraft skills. To ensure that campers who join us for several weeks continue to enjoy the camp, each week will be packed with different activities and maker space opportunities. The interests and preferences of the campers will determine the weekly schedule. Swimming in our pool is scheduled at least three times a week and afternoon water games are always an entertaining way to enjoy the summer heat.
Sleepover Option: Campers can sleep at camp for one night a week to get the full camping experience with tents, stargazing and midnight hikes. By Monday evening of each week, campers will need to sign up for the Thursday night sleepover.
The camp is staffed by Alma Forest School educators who are highly qualified and have extensive experience in outdoor, project-based and self-directed education in addition to having worked at summer camps around the world. Our summer camp staff is trained in pediatric and outdoor first aid and trained lifeguards will always be present.
Spaces are expected to fill up within a week of registration opening and subsequent form submissions will be added to the waitlist. Please follow the links below to register:
